IFNMU at a Glance

Ivano Frankivsk National Medical University (IFNMU) is situated in Ivano city in North-West of Ukraine and it is a leading higher education establishment of the region of a classical type with a higher accreditation level. The University history started in 1945.

Partnership Announcement:









American Medical Academy, Inc. (AMA) and Ivano Frankivsk National Medical University (IFNMU), Ivano Frankivsk, Ukraine have established a partnership. Under the partnership arrangement, AMA is offering study tour and clinical observation along with limited practical training in the USA, in association with clinics, health care organizations, and US teaching hospitals for IFNMU students; this program is also available to all IFNMU’s international medical students.

The other areas of potential collaboration under this Cooperation agreement are as follows:
  1. academic mobility;
  2. staff training;
  3. mutual information exchange in the field of educational and curriculum development;
  4. supporting and facilitating mutual exchange of research and education staff;
  5. staff training;
  6. mutual efforts done for preparation of new scientific programs, publication of achievements and implementation of them;
  7. mutual organization of scientific conferences, presentation of experience and achievements in various fields of medicine;
  8. publication of results of scientific researches, conducted by both Parties.
